Set up a creative space away from the daily grind for your innovation team to reinvent your educational program.

In our retreats, we provide your team (up to 12 people) with a three-day intensive format for the collaborative development of game-changing education innovations.

We conduct our retreats at the following locations (others upon request):

• Berlin
  For our European clients, we conduct our retreats in Berlin with pleasure. Out of the ordinary, easily accessible, and always an adventure.
• Dubai
  In the winter months of January through March, we offer our workshops exclusively in Dubai.
• Swiss Alps
  Whether in early or late summer, the Swiss Alps are an ideal location for strategy development and education innovation for you and your future-focused team.

What's offered in the program:

• Strategy Check
  As a part of a guided preparation, you assess the future-readiness of your education company's strategy and create clarity and direction for your team.
• Retreat
  During the three-day format, we will develop with your team, on the basis of previously identified focus areas, outstanding and simultaneously implementable program and service strategies that will allow you to leave the competition behind and pass through new education markets.
• Rapid market tests and launching
  The program- and service-strategies are the best basis for the rapid development of marketable education offerings, which can be quickly tested on the market upon your return and further developed and launched. We will show you how to introduce your programs and services successfully to the market, and we will accompany you if you wish, on the basis of a success- and honorarium-based compensation agreement.
